School Board
School board Role
The board leads the school’s governance by setting policies that align with its mission and are implemented by the Head Administrator. Their focus is on strategic leadership and foundational documents, steering clear of daily operations, with the Head Administrator serving as the visible leader. The board relies on God’s guidance in shaping the school’s path and is responsible for maintaining key statements like the Vision, Mission, and Core Values, which are documented in the Board Policy. Additionally, they oversee policy enforcement by regularly reviewing school operations and updating policies at least every five years, ensuring their methods are well-documented.
