Thank you for your interest in Heritage Christian Academy. Heritage's greatest reason to exist is to fulfill the mandate given by God to raise our children in a manner that honors Him and prepares them for success in the future.
Become familiar with the policies and procedures of Heritage Christian Academy. Elementary and secondary handbooks are available for download under the Academics section.
Schedule a campus tour and fill out a PDF application for each student. Applications are available below by grade level.
Send reference forms to a former teacher, pastor, or youth leader. Two references for elementary, three for secondary. Ask them to return forms promptly.
Email the completed application with fees and required paperwork: report cards or transcripts, immunization records, and a copy of the birth certificate.
Testing is required for grades K–8 and may be requested for 9–12. Once all materials are received, our administrator will contact your family for an interview.
The HCA office will notify your family concerning acceptance. After acceptance, meet with the Finance Director to complete enrollment and pay the enrollment fee.
A separate payment is required for each submitted application. Online payments include a processing fee.
