athletics Mission
The mission of HCA athletics is to develop student-athletes who glorify God in their character, effort, and teamwork. We desire for our coaches, players, and fans to represent Christ through excellent sportsmanship, respect for officials and opponents, and humility and grace in winning or losing. We strive to develop and do our best with the abilities that God has given to us. We emphasize selfless team play that results in unity and a positive Christian witness.
Athletic Director Spotlight
As our middle and high school track teams approach May, it’s the most important stretch of the season for our young men and women athletes.
Several middle school team records went down this past weekend, and the girls claimed the meet victory!
Our high school boys and girls seek their 5th consecutive (girls) and 6th consecutive (boys) Mile High League Championship titles at the League Meet this Friday and Saturday at Mead High School, while our middle school team also hits the track again this Saturday in Longmont!

What a special day and special way to honor two long-time Heritage Christian student-athletes and their amazing accomplishments. Levi & Staci have been such faithful, humble, and hard-working contributors to our school and sports community. They truly epitomize everything we strive to see in our student-athletes, and they have been tremendous teammates and examples for their peers. They put Jesus and others first, and their drive for excellence in all, shines so bright! Congrats to you both!
